189,000$ and 25 days later and Horatio has been fully trained.
A fine climber, though not in the same league as Arnold Latey and Brett Graham, he unfortunately won't be the tour captain we had hoped for.
That said, he will offer excellent support in upcoming campaigns and he may have a chance to lead Rotational Symmetry in a back up capacity in the future.
As he is highly capable of winning races at a lower and mid-division level it may be that his skills will be sought after by other teams but for now we are pleased to welcome him on board for upcoming races and tours and pleased to have an English representative at last. His next (and first competitive) race will be Porto GP.

Yes, a bit ageist here!
They don't have useless experience and will hopefully see the team become slightly stronger over the next few seasons even without any more recruitment/training.
Not too bad at all! And I must say, you have a very young team ;)
